Welcome to Ryan's Playground! I have a tendency to wander around aimlessly ("to see where the road goes") and I thought it'd be nice to take a few snaps while I'm there. In other words, I thought I'd make the driving experience a little tougher by juggling a camera! Remember: I am a trained professional: do not try this in your own SUV.
I'm currently living in the Colorado Springs, CO area. Thus, most of my picts will be from 'round these parts. I try to stick to the philosophy of one tank of gas per trip. Since I drive a car that gets about 35 miles per gallon, that allows me to travel quite some distance. When my time, finances, and gas prices comply, I've been known to go a lot farther than that.
Come wander along an abandoned highway segment along with other goodies on my latest roadtrip.
Don't expect an update schedule from me. Most of the time I forget to take my camera. When I remember, I'll post the pics. If you're a regular member of MTR or have subscribed to my RSS Feed, you'll know about some of my updates. And no, I won't email you when I've updated things. I'm posting the pictures: what more do you want from me!?! :)
